Hotel Europa manages its hotel services with the goal of offering guests a superior quality experience, aimed at complete satisfaction and continually exceeding their expectations.
To this end, Hotel Europa has adopted a Quality Management System designed to promote a process of constant improvement across all its services. The hotel has decided to certify this commitment through the voluntary UNI EN ISO 9001/2015 standard, in order to ensure an effective process of improvement in products/services and levels of customer satisfaction.
We have embarked on an important journey to obtain a prestigious certification for sustainable tourism: a goal that is truly close to our hearts. Although this path is long, we are tackling each stage with determination and conviction. We firmly believe that a sustainable hotel must prioritize minimizing its environmental footprint among its core values.
To us, being a sustainable and eco-friendly hotel goes beyond simply “doing our part.” It means actively and significantly reducing our environmental impact. We achieve this by adopting best-in-class green practices across all facets of our operations: maintenance, services, logistics, and sourcing of products and supplies.

Lighting here is not just aesthetic—it’s central to our environmental commitment. We use LED bulbs wherever possible.
Currently, 92% of the hotel is lit with LED technology, and we are committed to reaching 100% LED coverage soon. This ensures excellent quality light while significantly lowering energy use and carbon emissions.

The entire hotel—common areas and guest rooms—is equipped with an advanced home automation system that intelligently optimizes energy consumption. Sensors in the hallways manage automatic light shutdown, ensuring energy is used only when needed.
In our sustainability journey, we care for vital resources like water. We have implemented advanced systems for rainwater harvesting, storing up to 10,000 liters underground for garden irrigation during dry periods. In addition, we use aerators on sinks and dual-flush toilets to reduce water usage with every action.
Green Spaces & Drainage: The Harmony of Nature and Design
Our environmental commitment extends to our outdoor spaces. The parking area is built with permeable, draining bricks, allowing water to naturally filter into the soil. Our garden offers pleasant shade and tranquility while actively contributing to ground permeability.
We achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification in June 2025, a significant milestone in our dedication to quality. This certification helps us manage internal processes efficiently, reducing waste and guaranteeing consistent control over every aspect of the facility, for an impeccable guest experience.
Our commitment to sustainability is also reflected in the way we manage our furnishings. We never waste furniture that is still in good condition; on the contrary, we are dedicated to giving it a second life. When we no longer need it, we donate it, allowing it to find a new purpose and a new home.
We firmly reject all forms of discrimination, exploitation, and harassment. Our philosophy repudiates prejudice, welcoming anyone who wishes to discover our area and share an experience aligned with our values of openness and deep respect for every person.
For us, offering the best means curating every detail—from ingredient origin to your table. We commit to serving only fresh, high-quality, local products (within a 100 km radius) to reduce transport and emissions. Approximately 90% of our desserts are homemade, delivering authentic, natural flavors.
To minimize environmental impact, we use shared transport for deliveries, limited to two times a week. We ban plastic and disposable materials at the bar, supporting eco‑friendly experiences.
Our wine list highlights local excellence, including organic regional wines that celebrate local flavor. To combat food waste, unused food is donated to local food banks, in collaboration with Federalberghi Garda Veneto.
To reduce our use of single-use plastics, Hotel Europa is taking concrete steps, from guest rooms to common areas. We are committed to drastically reducing our use of disposable materials to help protect our planet.

We pay great attention to choosing fully recyclable packaging. We favor materials like cardboard and glass, which are easily reintroduced into the production cycle. By adopting these solutions, we not only reduce waste but also actively contribute to the principles of the circular economy. Together, we can turn waste into resources.
